While looking for old school cloth diapers, I realized that there was a completely new world of alternatives to grandma's diapers and huge diaper pins...with one BIG problem! As I explored, it became clear that my community -- the Black community-- was unaware of the new age alternatives to wasteful diapers and other baby products. So I created CooperRose™ as a means of providing resources and products to parents who may not otherwise be aware of their options.
In the US, there were 3.8 million babies born last year. Each baby, on average, has a diaper change of 2700 times in the first year. That’s 1.2 billion diapers in a landfill.
CooperRose is directly decreasing landfill with our biodegradable and 95% compostable.
Due to demand, we have grown to include other products like reusable nursing pads, khangas (traditional carriers) and sustainable baby clothes.
With Sustainability, Integrity and Customer Experience at the center of our company, we are doing our part to make sure your journey is as enjoyable and memorable as possible.
